1. Upon confirmation of the tenant's lease agreement with River Retreat, the YMCA will authorize the free membership discount for new members.*
2. In order to properly apply the discount, River Retreat membership registrations must be completed at our Member Services Desk. Proof of identity is required.
3. To facilitate the registration process, the Membership Registration Form may be downloaded and completed in advance.
4. Discount of Locker Rental and other Program Fees are not included in this agreement.
5. The River Retreat Corporate Membership is valid for the tenant only. The membership may not be shared/transferred to another person.
6. All policies must be adhered to. Failure to do so may result in termination of the membership. No refunds will be given.
7. Should a lease agreement with a tenant terminate during the first year of the tenant's one-year membership, that tenant's membership shall also terminate. River Retreat may transfer the remaining term of the terminated one-year membership to a new tenant (pro rata).
8. YMCA memberships are perpetual. At the end of the 12 month membership term, the tenant must submit a new form of payment.

*  For new memberships only. Tenants with a previous membership to the Alleghany Highlands YMCA are not eligible.
