Must Past the Pre Requisites

Swim 3 continuous laps with either Front Crawl or Breast Stroke

Thread Water for 2 mins without hands

Swim 1 additional Lap with either Front Crawl or Breast Stroke

Retrieve 10lb weight from the bottom of the deep end and swim back to shallow end with the weight on your chest.
