We provide quality child care in our Child Watch and Fit Kidz area (as space permits) while you are working out or participating in other Y activities for up to two hours per session. In accordance with the Virginia Department of Social Services, children may attend Child Watch for two consecutive hours with a maximum of three hours per day. Morning and evening hours may be utilized each day. Parents may be asked to provide a photo ID when picking up a child. This is intended to keep all children safe by ensuring they are picked up by a person with the authority to do so. This service is available free of charge for members with a family or single parent family membership, and to others for a fee of $5 per day, per child.
For ages 6 months to 5 years of age. Child Watch is supervised by responsible, caring staff and plenty of toys and manipulative activities to help children develop and grow their cognitive and motor skills.
